din't ever tink b4 i can take it for "everyday" as my breakfast...

pretty tough..haha...

and i make it tday....1.5 packet i drink it tis morning

later noon will take another 1.5 packet again...

dun skip har!!...telling myself...

i must consume tis everyday 3 packet...

aww!!...nahh..okok...i will be liking it~
